Job Description :
We are looking for an Infrastructure Security Engineer to fortify our Group Information Security function, ensuring the resilience of our information against external and internal security threats. The ideal candidate will embed an information security mindset as a core element of our organization's business strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Assess the security and compliance of infrastructure and application technologies, identifying weaknesses to protect customers and employees from potential attacks.
- Proactively embed security requirements from the inception of the development cycle ('Shift Left' Mindset).
- Perform security assessments, gap analyses, and provide appropriate remediation to implementation teams.
- Take responsibility for security aspects of infrastructure including OS, databases, virtual private networks, Software-Defined Data Centers, Proxies, Firewalls, Data Centers, and Active Directory.
Skills Required:
- Infrastructure Security, IaaS, and IaaC
- Platform Security, Vulnerability, and compliance assessment
- Application Security and code review
- Configuration reviews and audits for network components
- Active Directory Penetration testing
Qualifications | Requirement:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field is often preferred. However, practical experience and skills can be equally important.
- Certifications in Security Pentest, Information Security, Cloud Security are preferred
- Minimum 4-9 years of experience in an information security function with a good background in information technology, stakeholder management, and people management
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a Security Engineer, especially in Cloud Native environments
Additional Requirements:
- Good understanding of enterprise-level target architecture and public/private cloud platforms (IaaS/PaaS).
- Experience working in a DevOps environment with knowledge of Continuous Integration, Containers, and building Evil Stories.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Security concerns and their mitigation strategies.
